Through this benefit, you now also have access to the Manager Support Hotline. The Manager Support Hotline offers assistance and support with anything from preparing to deliver feedback to a staff member to managing a challenging people-management situation. You can also receive guidance around how to support a staff member facing a challenging life event or mental health issue.
To book an EAP appointment or Manager Support call, you simply need to call 1800 818 728 and the AccessEAP team will arrange for you to speak with an experienced, professional counsellor and/or psychologist either face-to-face or over the phone.
